The Restoration Movement is a broad Christian movement that emerged in the 19th century with the goal of restoring the early Christian church to its original form and practices as described in the New Testament.
It emphasizes unity among Christians, the primacy of the Bible as the sole authority for faith and practice, and the importance of immersion as the proper mode of baptism.
All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
